Energy law ruling: FDP criticizes slow implementation

Following a ruling by the European Court of Justice (ECJ) on the independence of the Federal Network Agency, Germany must amend its energy law. However, FDP member of Parliament Gerald Ullrich criticizes that not much has happened yet. Upon request, the German government confirmed that „adjustments to the legal framework“ were necessary. How these will turn out, however, can only be assessed after careful examination of the ruling.
