At the suggestion of Manfred Weber, the Congress elected Dolors Montserrat as Secretary General of the EPP.

At the congress of the Christian Democratic party family, the delegates elected the party leadership. Ten out of twelve candidates prevailed. The Catalan Dolors Montserrat becomes Secretary General.

The delegates at the EPP Congress in Valencia, Spain, have elected the Executive Committee. The deputies of EPP party leader Manfred Weber are elected for the next three years (arranged according to the number of votes achieved):
