The European Court of Auditors believes that a key objective of the Corona Recovery Fund has been missed. The member states had not used the resources of the Recovery and Resilience Facility (ARF) in a targeted manner to meet the most urgent digitalization needs. This has diminished the potential of the ARF to „effectively contribute to the digital transformation.“
