EP Plenary session - 20th Anniversary of the 2004 EU Enlargement — One politician from the Animal Welfare Party and five other MEPs are now part of the Left Group in the European Parliament.

The Left group in the European Parliament has recently gained six new members. These include four MEPs from Spain, one from Germany, and one from Italy, bringing the total number of members in the group to 39.

The new members are four MEPs from the Spanish electoral alliance Sumar, German MEP Sebastian Everding from the Animal Protection Party, and one MEP from the Italian Alleanza Verdi Sinistra. This increase boosts the number of MEPs in the Left group to 39. mgr
