Fit for 55: EU Transport Council launches first proposals

Under the Slovenian presidency, the Council of the European Union has set the goal of concretizing the first measures of the Fit for 55 package. On Thursday, the transport ministers of the 27 member states met to discuss ways to decarbonize the transport sector. They also discussed the development of an infrastructure of alternative fuels (electricity, hydrogen, e-fuels, etc.), as envisaged in the Fit-for-55 package.
