Lobbycontrol and its partner organization Corporate Europe Observatory (CEO) plan to file a formal complaint today, Wednesday, with European Ombudswoman Teresa Anjinho. At the end of April, the organizations criticized a conflict of interest in the drafting process of the General-Purpose AI Code of Practice. According to Lobbycontrol and CEO, the European Commission has not responded to follow-up questions stemming from their investigation.
