Germany’s state ministers for European affairs are warning against centralizing cohesion policy in Brussels. „What matters most is ensuring that Germany’s federal states retain their say in the next EU budget,“ said Thuringia’s European Minister, Stefan Gruhner (CDU), at a meeting of the German Conference of Ministers for European Affairs (EMK) in Brussels. Thuringia currently holds the rotating chair of the EMK.
