US graphics card specialist Nvidia is courting antitrust approval from the EU Commission for its $54 billion takeover of British chip developer Arm. Nvidia offered concessions to the EU, documents filed with the EU Commission said on Wednesday. The EU’s competition watchdogs did not give details but want to decide by Oct. 27.
