Parliament wants additional €10 billion for MFF

The European Parliament calls for a higher supplement for the EU’s Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF). In June, the EU Commission proposed to raise almost €80 billion extra (in current prices) by the end of the 2027 financial period. The Parliament’s two rapporteurs think this is not enough – they are calling for an additional €10 billion.
