The discussions of the European justice ministers on Friday focused on how the member states can contribute to the work of the planned special tribunal to prosecute Russian war crimes. Poland’s Justice Minister Adam Bodnar explained that the EU had already secured extensive evidence that would be crucial for the tribunal’s work. „Justice will be served and Russia will be held accountable for the war crimes it has committed in Ukraine,“ said Bodnar.
