Ten months after the Bundestag passed the Solar Package I, the Commission has yet to approve it under state aid law. Norbert Lins (CDU), Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture in the European Parliament, has written to Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, calling on her to mediate. The letter was signed by 18 MEPs from the CDU and CSU.
