Tensions between US and China hinder climate talks

US special climate envoy John Kerry’s talks in China ended Friday with no results. Chinese officials had wanted to clarify to the US government that „it is impossible to win China’s cooperation on climate change while taking an anti-China stance on key issues,“ Shi Yinhong, a Professor of International Relations at Beijing Renmin University, told the South China Morning Post.
