TTC: what EU and USA want to agree on in concrete terms

The EU Commission and the US government plan to agree on a number of concrete projects at the Trade and Technology Council (TTC) on Dec. 5. This emerges from a draft of the final declaration published by the French news portal „Contexte“. The meeting in Washington is eagerly awaited on the EU side: Given the disgruntlement over the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), many observers see it as a test of how willing the US government really is to cooperate.
