In addition, the country’s greenhouse gas emissions are to be reduced by 35% by then. The NDC has been praised by experts, with many describing it as a possible „blueprint“ for other African countries. It is particularly emphasized that Kenya wants to intervene in all sectors and decision-making processes with its NDC.
