Bosnia’s High Representative (OHR) Christian Schmidt suspended all payments to the ruling party SNSD of Srpska President Milorad Dodik and an allied party (Ujedinjena Srpska) on Thursday. The former German Minister of Agriculture justified the measure with the attacks of the Republika Srpska ruling coalition on the constitution and institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
