The Commission admits to inadmissible lobbying activities to which some NGOs have been committed through contracts for operating grants under the Life Environment Program. In doing so, the Commission is taking up the criticism of Monika Hohlmeier (CSU) regarding a series of contracts between the Commission’s executive agency CINEA and several NGOs.
