According to a report, Chinese airlines are considering placing an order as soon as next month for up to 300 narrow-body and wide-body aircraft from Airbus. The potential deal would coincide with a visit by European heads of state and government to Beijing. One source told Bloomberg that the number of planes ordered could rise to as many as 500.
