Corona Recovery Fund: Commission sounds the alarm due to slow implementation.

The reconstruction program is the great pride, but also the problem child of the EU Commission.

One and a half years before the end of the Recovery and Resilience Facility (ARF), many targets remain unmet. Only 57% of the grants to the member states have been paid out, and only 38% of the subsidized loans. Half of the milestones and targets have not yet been reached. The Commission warned in a new communication on Wednesday that the deadline is approaching and that the member states must therefore hurry if they want to use the funds to which they are entitled.
