Kyiv has agreed to a Russian proposal for another round of direct talks to end the war in Ukraine. „On Monday, our delegation will be led by (Defense Minister) Rustem Umyerev,“ wrote Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Platform X.
