The Falling Walls Foundation has awarded the last three „Science Breakthrough of the Year“ titles. The main prize went to Alessandro Grillini and his start-up Reyedar (science start-up) – for an idea that best combines research expertise and entrepreneurial excellence, according to the jury’s statement. For his start-up Reyedar, Alessandro has developed a patient-friendly medical device for the early detection of degenerative eye and brain diseases.
