EU Commission presents proposals for de-risking strategy

On Tuesday, the European Commission is unveiling its strategy for economic security, which aims to reduce the EU’s dependence on China. The strategy, although not a formal legislative proposal, intends to provide member states with suggestions for de-risking economic relations with the People’s Republic.
