Hungary’s Minister of Justice Bence Tuzson has submitted a proposal for an extradition agreement with the People’s Republic of China. The draft follows a corresponding declaration of intent that Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Chinese President Xi Jinping signed in Beijing in July 2024.
