Uyghurs and Tibetans living in Switzerland are exposed to repression by the People’s Republic of China, the Swiss government reports. People of Tibetan and Uyghur ethnicity are reportedly being pressured by actors in the People’s Republic of China – for example, to spy on their own communities – and, in some cases, are being prevented from exercising their fundamental rights.
