With a new type of global investment fund, Brazil wants to secure the preservation of tropical rainforests worldwide and, at the same time, break new ground in climate financing. The concrete concept for the „Tropical Forests Forever Facility“ (TFFF), which Brazil had already announced would be launched in 2024 for the COP30 in Belém, is currently being presented to governments and investors around the world.
