Tomorrow sees the election of the vice-chairs. There are four new candidates for the nine posts. Ana Catarina Mendes from Portugal is a newcomer to parliament. The former minister in the António Costa cabinet is to replace the former hopeful Pedro Marques, who was no longer nominated.
