Johannes Pollak’s day-to-day work is stressful: „It helps to know that 99 percent of my work decisions are not life-and-death decisions,“ says the 54-year-old. Pollak is rector at the private Webster University in Vienna. At the same time, he is chairman of the board of the Institute for European Politics in Berlin.
