Greenpeace proposes a tax on very large assets. The concept also includes a climate component. This would place an additional burden on the very wealthy if they do not reduce their ecological footprint. The environmental organization is thus expanding the billionaire tax concept of French economist Gabriel Zucman, which the heads of state of the G20 adopted in November.
