After the company’s quarterly report on Friday revealed that Luxembourg’s data protection regulator CNPD had imposed a DSGVO fine of €746 million on mail-order and web services provider Amazon on July 16, Austrian privacy activist Max Schrems is now calling on the CNPD to take a more proactive approach.
