The organization Lobbycontrol has published a proposal from the EU Commission for the ongoing trilogue on the Digital Markets Act (DMA), which is intended to clarify the rules for interoperability regulations between messenger services. Article X, which means it is not yet numbered, includes much more specific rules on interoperability than the proposal of the European Parliament.
