A coalition of 30 associations, consumer organizations and environmental and nature conservation organizations is calling for stricter rules for marketplaces in the Digital Services Act. In a joint appeal, they demand from the negotiators of the European Parliament, Council and Commission to significantly tighten the liability rules for online marketplaces compared to the Commission’s draft.
