The Commission has accused the online retailer Shein of violating European consumer law with fake discounts, misleading information and deceptive product labels. The Consumer Protection Cooperation (CPC) network and the Commission reported „several practices on its online platform,“ which the Singapore-based company should now „bring into line with EU consumer law.“
