Facebook removes Covid denier network

A few days before the federal election, Facebook deleted a network on its platforms that the company classifies as so-called lateral thinkers. This is said to involve fewer than 150 accounts, pages and groups that are said to have conspired to spread false information about the measures for the Covid pandemic. Although there were duplicate accounts, the real dangers posed by such networks in social media came mainly from „authentic users.“
