Following the EU sanctions on refinery technology, importers expect higher prices even in the event of a possible total loss of Russian oil products, but no bottlenecks. Russia exports eight to 10 million tons of petroleum products to Germany annually, mainly diesel and, to a lesser extent, heating oil, Hans Wenck, managing director of the Foreign Trade Association for Mineral Oil and Energy, told Europe.Table. „Balancing these volumes is not straightforward.
